Urban planning plays an important role in the efficient functioning of a community. The development has been planned around the natural lay of the land, encompassing a total of 36 acres with 11 acres forming the first phase.
The objective of planning here was to strike the right balance between density, usage and environmental consideration and to ensure high quality of life for the users of the development. Factors include accessibility, green spaces, recreation and mixed use environments.
Design guidelines have been put in place for street furniture, bicycle racks, trash cans and other such common infrastructure to ensure a wholesome living experience.
The emphasis in design from the macro to the individual villas is on greenery. Garden spaces have been incorporated within each villa creating a unique living experience and these are supplemented by adequate urban greens.
